Install mavuika on your device
Our mavuika app runs on Android 7.0 and above. iOS users access mavuika through Safari or Chrome without a separate app download. Both paths connect to the same account and wallet. Choose your installation method below.
Installation steps
- Download the mavuika APK file to your Android device or open mavuika.net in your iOS browser.
- On Android, tap the file and confirm installation; on iOS, add mavuika to your home screen via the Share menu.
- Launch the app or web view, then create your account with email, username, password, and mobile number.
- Verify your email, upload KYC documents, add a payment method, and deposit to start betting.
App vs. browser on mavuika
The mavuika Android app caches game assets locally, reducing data use on repeat sessions. Push notifications arrive instantly for live events and settlement alerts. Browser access on iOS and Android requires no installation and updates automatically. Both paths support offline account login (read-only); live betting requires an active connection. App startup is marginally faster on older devices; browser access works on any phone with a modern browser. Choose the app for convenience and offline cache; choose the browser for simplicity and no storage footprint.
Device compatibility on mavuika
Android 7.0 (API 24) and above run the mavuika app. iOS 12 and above support mavuika in Safari, Chrome, or Firefox. Devices with less than 100 MB free storage may experience slow app launch; we recommend clearing cache periodically. Tablets (iPad, Samsung Tab) work identically to phones. Older Android versions (6.0 and below) cannot install the app; use the browser instead. Our platform on mavuika detects your device and recommends the optimal path on first visit.
Troubleshooting common install issues
Android users must enable "Unknown Sources" in Settings → Security to install the APK. If installation fails, check that your device has sufficient storage and that the APK file downloaded completely. Certificate trust warnings are normal on first install; tap "Install anyway" to proceed. iOS users who cannot add mavuika to the home screen should clear Safari cache (Settings → Safari → Clear History and Website Data) and retry. If the app crashes on launch, uninstall and reinstall. Contact our support team via in-app chat if issues persist after these steps.
Data, permissions, and account security on mavuika
The mavuika app requests permission to store files (for APK updates and game cache), access your device ID (for account linking), and send notifications. We do not access your contacts, photos, or location. All data transmitted between your device and our servers uses TLS 1.2 encryption. Your account credentials are never stored on your phone; login tokens expire after 30 days of inactivity. KYC documents (ID, proof of address) are encrypted and retained only as long as your account is active. Withdrawals require re-verification of your payment method. Our platform on mavuika complies with standard security practices and does not share your data with third parties outside settlement and fraud prevention.
